This notice explains what information Weekend Foods Inc. ("Weekend Foods", "we") collects through weekendfoods.com and our internal business tools, and how we use it.

Our website

weekendfoods.com is an informational site. It has no accounts, forms, or checkout, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on it. Our products are sold through Amazon, which handles orders under its own privacy policy. If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply to you.

Our internal business dashboard

We run a private dashboard, used only by Weekend Foods staff, that connects to our own Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts. When we authorize it with Login with Amazon, it reads our business data, such as inventory levels, sales totals, order IDs and quantities, and advertising performance, so we can plan production and measure our advertising.

The dashboard does not request or store Amazon customers' names, addresses, email addresses, or other personal information. The data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, encrypted in transit, and is available only to authorized Weekend Foods staff. We do not sell or share it with anyone else.

Retention

We keep business records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet legal and certification requirements, such as organic certification recordkeeping.
